PRAAN CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED manufactures products for businesses as well as consumers. All transactions to businesses are believed to be unique orders and do not fall within this cancellation and refund policy, but rather rely on district contracts with those businesses. For our direct to consumer sales, we believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.
