The Future we Deserve

Our parents generation grew up with the promise of an exciting future, current generations grew up with the promise of a bleak future - one filled with grey skies due to polluted air, all due to climate change. Praan is our attempt at rebuilding the atmosphere by capturing air pollution greenhouse gases using novel technology.

Our Story

Praan was founded by Angad Daryani during his sophomore year of college at Georgia Tech in 2017. What started with him alone grew to over 250 super talented people from Tesla, Apple, SpaceX, Microsoft, etc. volunteering their time to help make clean air accessible to all. Praan was always a moonshot, one that was even too early for Venture Capital. Yet, today Praan is funded by some of the most influential investors in the world. This is a story from dorm-room to market over 5 years.

Global problems like air pollution and carbon capture require solutions which are low-cost, scalable, and made with direct oversight on supply chain to ensure safe and sustainable production methods. All of Praan’s products are made in the state of Maharashtra with over 90% of raw material being sourced locally. This enables Praan to have direct oversight on supply chain and production timelines while being able to track carbon emissions and hold vendors to the highest environmental standards.
